1. Can you pick us up from the Auckland International Airport or Accommodation?
   We offer free pick up or drop off from Auckland central city; Christchurch central city and Christchurch Airport.

   For customers arriving into Auckland Airport, catch the Airport Shuttle direct to us - this will drop you at our door for a small fee of NZ$55.00. This is cheaper than a taxi/cab.

   Customers staying at accommodation in the wider Auckland areas, catch a bus or train into the Britomart station in the city, and we can collect you from here.

2. Can we leave the van at the Airport or our Accommodation for you to collect?
   No, we ask that you return the vehicle back to us at our depot, we then take you to your accommodation, if you need to go to the airport we arrange a shuttle for you.
   
   
3. Do You Offer Excess Reductions on the Insurance?
   Yes we do, we will still take a Security Deposit from your credit card to ensure the safe return of the vehicle. This is fully refundable 28 days after the end of your hire. This is to cover the cost of parking fines, speeding fines or damage incurred to the vehicle during your hire other than that which is covered by insurance.
   
   If you choose to NIL your excess, there will be a NZ$500.00 Vehicle Security Deposit (VSD) to cover traffic fines etc.

   If you choose not to take the Excess Reductions, we take an indent of your credit card for the amount of the excess.

4. What happens when we breakdown?
   All of our vans have Breakdown assistance with the Automobile Association (AA). The details for calling the AA will be found on the information sheet provided for you. A call out charge of NZ$80.00 will be charged by the AA, this is refunded to you by the AA if your vehicle has a mechanical fault. The AA will tow you to the nearest AA Garage for repairs - we pay for this. Or they may get you started and on your way again, if so we ask that you stop at a Garage to get the vehicle checked over so it doesn’t happen again.
   
   
5. Do we loose our excess if we cause minor damage to the vehicle?
   No, as long as there isn't another vehicle involved. Once you return the van we will assess the damage incurred and sort out a price that will cover the repairs that will need doing. This can be anything from NZ$400.00 depending on the amount of damage incurred.
   
   
6. Do you have a drop off point in Christchurch?
   Yes we do, for a rental from Auckland to Christchurch we charge a One Way Fee of NZ$300.00. For an Auckland to Auckland Rental; a Christchurch to Christchurch rental; and a Christchurch to Auckland there is no charge.
   
   
7. What are your hours of operation?
   9am – 4pm, closed on Sundays.
   
   
8. Do we loose our excess if it’s the other vehicles fault?
   Yes, only temporarily until the insurance company of the other vehicle at fault pays. You then get your excess refunded back to you. We also recommend that you get all details and written and signed confirmation from the other persons involved.
   
   If however, your vehicle gets damaged and the person at fault disappears, this will then be yours to pay.
